Trauma Recovery Method

This self study course addresses the body, thoughts, emotions, and energetics of your unique situation.

This course is what people would call trauma informed, meaning that as you approach each module trauma will be seen as something that has happened to all of us. Trauma is the foundation of most of the things we struggle with in life from depression, anxiety, panic, overwhelm, frustration, diseases, perfectionism, and people pleasing. We will be exploring how most of the suffering in our lives started as a coping strategy that is no longer working for us.

Meet Your Instructor

Social Worker and Reiki Master Michelle Agopsowicz

Michelle Agopsowicz has a Masters in Social Work, a Bachelors in Disability Studies and is a Reiki Master. Michelle offers counselling and education opportunities from a holistic, trauma informed perspective. She aims to create wellness and balance through the integration of traditional counselling and mindfulness techniques. This approach has developed through her own journey of having an autoimmune condition, trauma, and anxiety.
